I am thrilled to be working on a companion coloring book for the course Cathartic Art that I created.
Each page is hand drawn with fine tip sharpies.
Featuring either a cathartic theme with an accompanying square or Find the Beautiful sayings.
The Cathartic themed pages encourage the coloring book enthusiast to write down their mantra in the rectangle before they color.
Such as in this example of Fire. You would be encouraged to first write down your negative feeling you want the fire to burn away.
EX. The fire is burning away my fear or sadness or (insert whatever negative emotion you want some emotional release from)
And then are reminded of that thought as you color in the fiery page.
This is the first one. And have a whole bunch more to roll out.
